– I prefer to have met you previously for a shorter date to test the chemistry before we make travel plans. If this is not possible then a *compensated for* zoom call can be arranged.
– All travel bookings need to be compensated for in full and in advance including all first class hotel and travel expenses.
– At least 7 hours of uninterrupted sleep is required each night we are together.
